Don't beat yourself up, when your cold is over I know it will be a pain in the buttt literally but you know like i know you gotta get back out there and exercise. I'm on week 2 and i do feel like i have more energy... I know I know how hard it is but just do it you will feel so much better... and as for all of these "diets" I don't know i really think a "diet" is a temporary state of mind until the "next time." After 40 plus years I am finally learning you need to eat to "nourish" your body not feed your emotions... I definitely know what it's like to fall ...Hey! I definitely know what it's like to fall off plan (I've been yoyo'ing between 180 and 210 for the last 3 years!) and it's hard to get out of, but in the long run, it's that ability to get out of the rut that makes us winners and achieve long-termed success. All of us fall into ruts, but what matters most is the ability to get out of the low points.<br /><br />Thanks for stopping by my blog! As for cutting mindless eating out, I think it's not so much "cutting" but "replacing". I use the blog and my recipes and my cooking in place of eating, and I've found it to be a great substitute.
