Day four is the second day of my 2 day cleanse and I am feeling good.
I lost 3.8 pounds yesterday for a grand total of 10.8 lbs. in 3 days - that is MUCH more than I expected and I am thrilled. It shows to me that this is the right program for me and my body. I feel lighter and healthier too. I feel good about the nutrition I am giving my body and I know my body is happy too :)
I went to the store today, because it is suppose to snow today and it really was nice not having to go up most of the aisle - My Isagenix is providing the largest majority of my food.
