You can do this challenge totally online - but you have a FREE health coach who is there to help you all along the way. You can text, call, instant message or video chat!
Each challenge has two categories for you to select from: Target Weight Loss, and Maintain.
If you choose to participate in the Weight Loss category, you'll need to lose at least 6% of your starting weight over the course of the challenge, and you're free to lose up to 12%!
If you are completing the challenge in the Maintain option, you have a different set of rules. You will be given a bracket of weight which you will need to maintain your weight within. You CAN lose up to 3.99% in this category but you CANNOT gain more than 1% of your starting weight.
Welcome! During this this fun 6 wk. challenge you will learn how to adopt the daily Habits of Health while playing in a fun game & participating in weekly contests to accelerate your results. Win prizes/cash for participating & achieving your goals!
Ante is just $20 + $3.95 processing fee
• 50% of the ante goes to winners' pool and this is distributed equally to all winners. Winners are credited their winnings to their MeltDown Challenge account and then they can cash out their winnings/credits to their PayPal account. Medifast week 6 weigh in - take shape for life
Heaven in a Brownie Tray - medifast treat
Ingredients:
1 Medifast Brownie Mix
3 tbsp water
1 wedge Laughing Cow Light cream cheese
2 tbsp PB2 Peanut butter powder
1 tbsp water
Mix the brownie mix with 3 tbsp water. Microwave 1 minute 30 seconds. Cut one wedge of Laughing Cow Light cream cheese into small slices. Place cream cheese slices on top of baked brownie. Spread around lightly. (If you're too rough, the brownie will pull up instead of the cream cheese spreading). In a small bowl, mix together 2 tbsp PB2 peanut butter powder with 1 tbsp of water. Adjust water to your desired consistancy. Spread the peanut butter over the cream cheese layer. The result can either be eaten warm, or frozen first.

Medifast Recipe - Cookie brownies
- 1 Medifast Brownie Packet + 3 tablespoons of water
- 1 Medifast Cookie Packet + 2 tablespoons of water
- Cooking Spray
- Mix the Brownie per packet instructions in the square container that comes with the brownies.
- Mix the Cookie per packet instructions in the square container that comes with the cookies.
- Pre-heat your oven to 350°. Spray cooking spray in 2 spots on your muffin tin. Add ¼ of the brownie mixture to each of your muffin spots. Divide the cookie in half and drop it onto the brownie mixture and press down just a bit. Top with the divided remaining brownie mixture.
- Cook for about 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean (watch it so it doesn't over cook). Let cool completely on the counter. Eat 1 now and save one for later :)
- Makes 2 Cookie Stuffed Brownies --> each one counts as 1 Medifast Meal
