Day 7 with the Isalean shakes and one healthy meal a day and feeling very energetic.

Day 6 and I am noticing that I am not as hungry as I have been on EVERY other diet or nutrition program that I have ever tried. It is amazing that I have absolutely NO cravings and NO hunger.
The only reason I can think is that my body has been cleansed and then fed all the nutrition it needs. After 5 days on the program I have lost 11.6 pounds!!
