Why do I go on a binge eating frenzy?

Each time I binge, I promise myself I’ll never do it again.  And I am able to hold firm for a little bit and then the irresistible urge hits again

I seem to do better if I am really strict on an eating plan - it seems that if I just eat one bad thing it sends me on a bender and all bets are off.

On friday night I literally ate until I was sick.  And of course I wonder why I do this to myself.  I then go in panic mode and vow to NEVER do that again.

My Isagenix Journey

The month of July was a waste - birthday month - this is a habit I am going to need to change.  Long ago I started having a birthday week and later a birthday month, where I eat, drink and be merry with a few (too many) of my closest friends.

Of course I don't combine my friends and have one party.  No, I meet up with them individually and eat, drink and be merry with each one.  Well, at least it is only one month out of the year!

So, the good news is that I didn't gain any weight back, so I am still at the 45 pounds lost mark. YEA...
