Unemployed

I appreciate the guest post, Jamie Guy After 8 long months without a job, it is finally over. Unfortunately, so is living in the town that both my wife and I grew up in. Oh well, beggars can’t be choosers, right? Anyway, my new job has us moving 6 hours south of everything that we’re used to. There’s nothing like starting anew, right? Luckily the town that I got a job in looks likes something out a Norman Rockwell painting, so I really can’t complain. The kids’ school is only about five minutes down the road, there is a park 2 blocks away and there is even a white picket fence around the little house that we’re renting. The only downfall to our new rental is that utilities are not included. So after getting the electricity, water, gas and internet turned on, it was time to start looking for a cable provider. Personally, I would be fine without cable since I’m rarely at home to watch tv and I get most of my news from the radio and internet. However, since my wife stays home all day with the baby, there’s only so many times she can watch Cinderella in any given day before going out of her mind. Luckily, I found http://www.directstartv.com/ and was able to get a great deal on satellite tv. And wouldn’t you know it, I seem to watch more tv than I originally thought.

Skin lightening - help for you age/sun spots

I have noticed lately quite a few blotchy spots on my skin.  Are these age spots or sun spots, or what?     Age spots are brown patches which commonly appear on the back of the hands the face and the back.   It seems that more and more of them appear everyday

There are natural treatments like  rubbing red onion or lemons on them to will make them fade.  One product that is good is  Luminaze - it is an all natural product.  I works in only 7 days.

Products, such as Luminaze, use enzymes to break down the pigment in the darkened area of you skin.  It doesn't cause white spots on your skin either.  This product works great.  It is highly recommended for people of all ages.

Fiance and me

This guest post from Zack Hinton

I love living with my fiancé but boy do we have different taste in TV. We’ve got directv lexington and while I would rather watch pretty much anything on BRAVO (think Housewives or Flipping Out or Millionaire Matchmaker) he’s all about the stuff like CSI and Criminal Minds which really just give me the creeps. I can’t believe some people actually like watching shows like that because they’re so dark and it’s so hard to imagine there are such evil people in the world but my fiancé says it’s because he likes knowing what it would be like to be part of a police force.

I think it’s remarkable so many people are so good at this kind of thing but that lifestyle is something I couldn’t ever get used to, always thinking about dead people and wondering what was going to become of the victims I found. Anyway, I know it’s just TV but I don’t know why we can’t just watch Top Chef instead of all that gory stuff before we go to sleep!

My Isagenix Journey Update

I am pleased to report that I am maintaining my 45-48 pound weight loss.

However, I did get a little off track because I followed a curve instead of continuing to do what has worked so far.  I got the brilliant idea to join a few weight loss challenges.  Instead of motivating me to loss faster, I found myself doing stupid things:  like splurging and then not hardly eating to make up for it and prepare for the weigh in.

The best part about the challenges was teaching me to stick with the Isagenix way of healthy eating - slow and steady.

Taking the guess work out of who the new boss is on The Office

Guest post written by Katherine Kyle

Now, most of the time I have my principles against looking up spoilers for my favorite TV shows. I just really hate it when something is revealed and completely ruined for me. But I recently broke my own rule about a month ago. I was still just about a week away from the premiere of the show and just gave in and looked up.

I was pretty excited to see that it was actually Andy that was going to be the new boss! While I was online looking up that, I also found the site INTERNET.CLEAR.COM. I looked through it a little bit and after that I decided to change over my apartment internet service to one of the packages that I saw on there.

I am glad that I made an exception for my no looking up spoilers rule for The Office. I feel like this was definitely a special circumstance. It was really surprising to see Andy in that role. I guessed they picked him because he is too nice and everyone in the office is just going to walk all over him, creating all kinds of comedic situations.

Boxing and Martial Arts for Exercise

Ever Considered martial arts as a great exercise?  Research has found that by participating in martial arts, you not only improve your reflexes while performing the activity, but actually experience faster reaction times during all activities of your life.

Boxers and martial artists are some of the most highly conditioned athletes competing in sports today, and that if you follow some simple procedures, you can build stamina, tone your muscles and burn calories.

The first thing to understand about martial art exercise routines is that they are composed of roughly 60 percent anaerobic activity performed at 85 to 90 percent of your maximum heart rate. Compared to aerobic activity, in which your heart beats within 70 to 85 percent of its maximum, the exercises are extremely strenuous and not for the faint-hearted--or weak-wristed, for that matter.
